TERMS OF SERVICE

By placing an order with MyStoryPages, you agree to the following terms.

Our Service
MyStoryPages creates custom coloring books hand-illustrated from photos submitted by the customer. Each book is made to order and is unique to you.

Placing an Order
After checkout, send your photos to castillosrosemary@gmail.com. Production will not begin until we have received and confirmed your photos.

Your Photos
By submitting photos, you confirm that you own them or have the right to use them, and that they do not infringe any third-party copyright. We will never share, sell, or use your photos for any purpose other than fulfilling your order. Photos are deleted from our systems once your order is complete.

Custom Nature of Products
All products are custom-made, so all sales are final. See our Return and Refund Policy for exchange eligibility.

Production & Delivery
We aim to complete illustrations within 3–5 business days of receiving your photos. Delivery times vary by location and are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs.

Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure the photos and instructions you send are correct. Contact us immediately at castillosrosemary@gmail.com if you notice an error before production begins.

Intellectual Property
Illustrations produced by MyStoryPages are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced or sold commercially.

Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
