The Calm Parenting Kit is fully digital. Nothing physical ships — no waiting, no tracking numbers, no delivery windows.
Here's the exact flow:
- You check out on Shopify (about 60 seconds).
- The moment your payment clears, Shopify sends you an email (from orders@shopify.com) with 7 direct download links — one for each guide.
- You tap each link to save the PDFs to your phone, tablet, or laptop.
The whole process usually takes 60 seconds. If the email doesn't show up in your inbox, check your spam folder — it occasionally lands there. If you still don't see it after 5 minutes, message us with your order number and we'll re-send everything within an hour.
The download links stay active forever. If you lose them, delete the email, or switch devices, just message us and we'll re-send.

If the kit doesn't help your family, we refund you. Full stop. No forms, no phone calls, no "please explain why."
Here's how it works: within 30 days of your purchase, email us with your order number and the word "refund." We process it within 3 business days. Money comes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

Sharing the guides
Your purchase is a single-family license. You can share the guides freely with your co-parent, print them, read them on any device you own, and reference them for years.
What you can't do: post them online, resell them, or forward them to friends. If a friend wants the kit, please point them to our site — it's the only way we can keep making these.
